《五分》五種：一入僧永棄。二寶捨與僧，僧差人永棄；若僧不棄，淨人為僧貿衣食，與僧食用；唯本主不得用，恐遂本心故。二永入僧。五敷具，入常住用；唯本主不得坐臥。三入俗僧。捨藥與僧，僧捨與俗人、沙彌，塗足然燈；本主亦不得用；一切比丘不得食。餘同。

The Pañcavargika-vinaya has five types: First, entering the saṃgha and being permanently discarded. The two treasures are forfeited to the saṃgha, and the saṃgha appoints someone to permanently discard them; if the saṃgha does not discard them, a kappiyakāraka trades them on behalf of the saṃgha for clothing and food to provide for the saṃgha's use and consumption; only the original owner may not use them, lest his original intent be fulfilled. Second, permanently entering the saṃgha. The five kinds of bedding enter the permanent property for use; only the original owner may not sit or lie upon them. Third, entering the saṃgha for secular use. Forfeited medicine is given to the saṃgha, and the saṃgha gives it to laypeople and śrāmaṇeras to anoint their feet and light lamps; the original owner may likewise not use it; all bhikṣus may not consume it. The remainder is identical.
