納籌中。據文上座數知，今多收者告數，理亦通得。但令上座僉知，不可全憑他語。

In [the section on] "Collecting the Tallies": According to the text, the sthavira counts and knows [the tally]. Nowadays, the collector mostly announces the count, which in principle is also acceptable. One must only ensure that the sthavira knows it together [with the assembly]; one cannot rely entirely on another's words.
