三中，初順灑。散下，逆灑。却行，謂倒退也。後出詞句，合在前說。彼經，佛在普光明殿放光說法，菩薩偈讚。上半指事用，下半偈申所為。

In the third part, first is sprinkling clockwise. From "Scattering…" onward is sprinkling counter-clockwise. "Stepping backward" means retreating backwards. The words and phrases presented later should be spoken earlier. In that sūtra, the Buddha emitted light and preached the Dharma in the Hall of Universal Illumination, and the bodhisattva praised him in verses. The first half points to the practical application; the second half expresses the purpose.
