三中，召問之辭。若依古戒本云：比丘尼眾遣何人來耶？今準光師戒本而問。誰字，亦即召彼尼眾。

In the third part, the words of calling and asking: if following the ancient Prātimokṣa, it says, "Whom did the bhikṣuṇī assembly send?" Now the inquiry is based on Master Daoguang's Prātimokṣa. The word "who" also summons that assembly of nuns.
