七中，初別簡初篇。僧下，總示諸聚。若約聞戒通塞，則六聚並同；若論別眾成不，則根條兩異。如律顯者，即如戒本，有犯懺悔，無犯默然。

In the seventh [part]: first, he specifically sets aside the first pārājika section. From “Saṃgha...” downward, he generally indicates the various classes [of offenses]. If considered in terms of being permitted or barred from hearing the precepts, all six classes are identical; if discussed in terms of whether an individual assembly is constituted, the root and branches differ. As shown in the vinaya: namely, as in the prātimokṣa, “if there is an offense, repent; if there is no offense, remain silent.”
