心念，說戒中，初出法。若下，示餘緣。上依律文，且據蘭若；山行聚落無人義同，故準開之。

In mental poṣadha, first it presents the procedure. Below "If...", it indicates other circumstances. Above, relying on the Vinaya text, it is provisionally based on an araṇya; traveling in mountains or in villages where there are no people has the same meaning, so it is permitted accordingly by analogy.
