次科，初指上開。若下，正示告法。十下，遮濫。有執此文，謂通互對等故。然此且據七日為言；羯磨月法，不通餘四；前文但簡尼眾，準理沙彌亦然。

The next section: first, pointing to the exemption above. Below "if," the method of announcing is formally shown. Below "ten," abuses are prevented: because some clung to this text and claimed it applied mutually, and so forth. However, this is said merely on the basis of seven days; the monthly method by karmavācanā does not apply to the other four; the preceding text merely excluded the nuns' saṃgha, and by principle the same applies to śrāmaṇeras.
