次科。上告下名勅，古語通用，今唯王者所稱。餘下，指後；彼云：尼於自恣時，傳僧所告；諸尼頂戴訖，然後自恣等。

The next heading: an instruction given from a superior to an inferior is called a decree; in ancient language it was used generally, but nowadays it is used only by rulers. 'The rest,' below, points to what follows; that text says: 'At the time of pravāraṇā, the nuns convey what the sangha announced; the nuns receive it on their heads, and then perform pravāraṇā, and so forth.'
