《十誦》中，初簡作。若故下，簡體。到塚取者，釋上覆死衣。注中和會前文。應知《四分》常用糞衣，亦無所擇。若揲下，示如法。

In the Daśādhyāya-vinaya, first it eliminates [improper methods of] making. From 'if old' downward, it eliminates [improper] substances. 'Going to the cemetery to take it' explains the aforementioned shroud cloth covering a corpse. The commentary harmonizes this with the preceding text. One should know that the Dharmaguptaka commonly uses rag-robes without making any distinction. From 'if patched' downward, it shows what accords with the Dharma.
