次明偽經者。一世多不辨，隨得濫用。二事乖正典，反為執據。如三百福罰、三十六碩餘糧、五部五色衣、以錢贖佛食等，並如下破。今宗引用，並據真文，使來學生信，行事無疑。此章之來，意如此矣。

Next, clarifying apocryphal scriptures: first, most people in the world do not distinguish them and use them indiscriminately as they find them. Second, their affairs contradict authentic scriptures, yet are conversely relied upon as authoritative. Examples such as the three hundred blessings and punishments, the thirty-six shi of surplus grain, the five colored robes of the five schools, and using money to redeem the Buddha's food are all refuted below. Our school's citations are all grounded in authentic texts, so as to generate faith in future students and leave no doubt in administrative affairs. Such was the intention behind the advent of this chapter.
