五利中。標云通塞者，通謂五月得利，塞即時外不開。（此中止論有衣五月，其一刀常開；如〈安居篇〉，不可相濫。）

In [the section on] the five benefits: The heading states "permission and restriction". Permission means gaining the benefits during the five months; restriction means that outside this time, it is not allowed. (Herein, it only discusses the five months where there is a kathina robe; having a single knife-cut [robe] is always allowed, as in the "Chapter on Rains Retreat"; they must not be confused.)
