覆釋中。瞿沙，《師資傳》云：五十二餘師之數，善能說法。彼以別義釋上尸羅，故論取之。如下，舉喻。行下，合法。即同戒本護戒足也。通前共為十義。

In the repetitive explanation: regarding Ghoṣa, the Biographies of Masters and Disciples says that he was among the fifty-two remaining masters and was good at expounding the Dharma. He explained the aforementioned śīla with a distinct meaning, and so the treatise adopts it. Below "As...", metaphors are adduced. Below "Practices...", they are matched with dharmas. This corresponds to the "feet that protect the precepts" in the Prātimokṣa. Combined with the preceding, there are ten meanings in all.
