《僧祇》。前五如後解。互作者，四中隨舉一儀作法，餘三成別；則一儀有三，歷為十二；疏云：且從四儀，即合前九。

The *Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya*. The first five are explained below. "Mutually performed" means that whenever any one of the four postures is adopted to perform the rite, the remaining three become dissenting; thus one posture has three [dissenting ones], multiplying to twelve. The Commentary states: "Taking just the four postures, they combine into the previous nine."
