《僧祇》九人，四儀易解，但釋五人。初與欲中。心雖同法，身不現前；眾取相同，乖故不足。

Regarding the nine persons in the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya: the four deportments are easy to understand, so only five persons are explained. First, in 'granting consent': although the mind aligns with the legal rite, the body is not physically present; the assembly requires the marks to be identical, and because of this discrepancy, he is insufficient.
