轉欲，敘緣中，初二句結前標後。謂下，釋開意。律云：持欲比丘自有事起，佛言聽授與餘比丘。毘尼下，引證。彼云七相應法，受已轉與一人，如是至七皆成。文但至七，已外應閉。《僧祇》、《十誦》，若轉即失，部計不同。疏云：或是異宗所廢，且從當部。

Regarding transferring chanda, in recounting the circumstances: The first two sentences conclude what came before and mark what follows. "Meaning..." explains the intention behind the exception. The Vinaya states: "When a bhikṣu holding chanda has an affair of his own arise, the Buddha said he is permitted to confer it to another bhikṣu." From "In the Vinaya..." onward cites evidence. It says there are seven corresponding factors; having received it, one transfers it to one person, and thus up to seven, all are valid. The text only goes up to seven; beyond that, it should be closed. In the Mahāsāṃghika and Daśādhyāya, if it is transferred it is lost; the traditions of the schools differ. The Commentary says: "Perhaps it is what is discarded by other schools; for now, we follow our own school."
