失法，標中。律明失有三處：一房內，二中道，三僧所。文中，初示失相。不下，顯通三處。今不別分，故云統明也。

In the title of losing the transaction: The Vinaya clarifies that loss occurs in three places: first, inside the cell; second, on the road; third, at the saṅgha's location. In the text, first it indicates the marks of loss. From 'Not...' onward reveals that it pervades the three places. Now they are not distinguished separately, hence it says 'generally clarifying.'
