初中，上明誤心成法。若故下，明故心獲罪。然文但制罪，不云成否；故以理決之。在開緣者，列定忘後故。並下，總示成處。

In the first section: The upper text clarifies that an error of mind accomplishes the rite. "If intentionally..." below clarifies that an intentional mind incurs an offense. However, the text merely prohibits the offense without stating whether it is accomplished or not; hence it is resolved by principle. "Among the grounds for exemption" is because it is listed under forgetting. "Together with..." below indicates generally the places of accomplishment.
