二中。次第三開，如《業疏》解。初扶來者，表和達僧也。二僧就者，僧以法濟也。三出界者，病多僧少，相連不及故。以下二句，釋成三種。顯示和同攝僧極教，故云更無等。

In the second section: The sequential three exceptions are as explained in the Karma Commentary. First, "supporting him to come" expresses harmony and reaching the Saṃgha. Second, "the Saṃgha going to him" means the Saṃgha assists through the Dharma. Third, "going outside the boundary" is because the sick are many and the monks few, so they cannot reach each other consecutively. The two sentences below explain the accomplishment of these three kinds. They show the ultimate teaching of harmony and unity in gathering the Saṃgha; hence it says "there is no further..." and so on.
