第二明事有三：一情事，二非情事，三二合事。百八十四，此三攝盡。標指中，由前八法各出別相，故云不重。

Second, clarifying matters has three: 1. sentient matters, 2. non-sentient matters, 3. combined matters. The one hundred eighty-four are completely subsumed by these three. In marking and pointing out, because the previous eight transactions each presented distinct marks, it is said "not repeated."
