大界中。戒堂三小戒場等結解，大界不行故塞；餘則皆通，故云竝有等。

Under 'great boundary': the binding and dissolving of a precept hall, the three small [boundaries], the precept platform, and the like are not performed in the great boundary and are therefore obstructed; the remainder are all open, hence it says 'all are present', and so forth.
