第六。法非中。上句明根本從生，異篇合懺，次句明犯與不犯未窮情實。妄陳者括上兩過。事非中。初明非長，如毛綿帽袜小白鉢器等；次明隱犯，僧不委知；三明地弱，不勝羯磨；四明濫託，言寄誰處。

The sixth. Under 'invalidity of procedure': the upper line explains the root and subsidiary, where different categories are repented together; the next line explains that whether it was committed or not committed has not been thoroughly investigated to the actual facts. 'Falsely declaring' encompasses the above two errors. Under 'invalidity of matter': first, clarifying that it is not extra, such as wool, cotton, caps, socks, small white bowls, vessels, and so forth; second, clarifying concealed offenses, where the saṃgha does not thoroughly know them; third, clarifying that the ground is weak and cannot support the karmavācanā; fourth, clarifying improper entrusting, speaking of with whom it is deposited.
