結已中。止將四五人往結大界者，一往且示兩處界別，各不相妨。若準不開說欲，要知界相，理須盡往。

In “after binding”: “Only taking four or five persons to go and bind the great boundary” is merely to demonstrate for the moment that the boundaries of the two places are distinct and do not interfere with each other. If one follows the rule that sending proxy consent (chanda) is not permitted, and that all must know the boundary landmarks, in principle all must go.
