七五中。第二謂評論法理，證他是非。第三中，準律遮法，比丘知他有犯，對僧舉告，不令眾僧同彼布薩，故云遮也。自恣亦然；今並不得。五謂論理教相，亦屬證他。

Among the seventh five, the second refers to discussing the principles of the Dharma to verify another's right or wrong. In the third, according to the Vinaya's suspension procedure, when a bhikṣu knows that another has an offense, he brings it up and announces it before the Saṃgha, preventing the Saṃgha from holding poṣadha together with him, which is why it is called "suspending." The same applies to pravāraṇā; now he is not permitted to do either. The fifth refers to discussing principles and doctrinal marks, which also belongs to verifying another.
