順從中，初明犯者調順。於下，從僧求解。僧下，僧量許可。

In [the section on] compliance, [the manual] first clarifies that the offender is docile and compliant. The text from "from" downwards seeks rehabilitation from the Saṃgha. The text from "Saṃgha" downwards means the Saṃgha deliberates and grants permission.
