明損中，初明非用。令下，示過；初明失利；後令諸下，明墮苦。道俗分者，道修智分，為俗福田；俗修福分，當供道眾；今則反亂，故云不知。毀三歸者，失彼信心，侵陵三寶故。是下，結損。

As for the division between the monastics and the laity: monastics cultivate the share of wisdom and serve as fields of merit for the laity; the laity cultivate the share of merit and should make offerings to the monastic assembly. Now, reversing and disordering this, it says "they do not know." "Damaging the Three Refuges" refers to destroying their faith and trespassing against the Triratna. "This..." onward concludes with the harm.
