五雜教授，能諫中，初引論五法。自有過失，不堪諫他。必下，取彼聽許，則無違諍。此下，正示能諫。

Under "Five: Miscellaneous Instructions", in "Those Able to Admonish", it first cites the treatise's five dharmas. If one has faults oneself, one is unfit to admonish others. "Must..." onward means obtaining the other's permission, so that there is no violation or dispute. "This..." onward directly shows those able to admonish.
