釋疑中。答有三解，初改轉者。遠行返道死等緣也。又下，約法異。或下，約德闕。故下，總結三義。十具各請，故云二對。

In [the section on] resolving doubts: the reply has three explanations. First is modification and change, referring to circumstances such as traveling far, returning to secular life, dying, and so forth. From "Further" downwards, it is based on differences in Dharma. From "Or" downwards, it is based on deficiencies in virtue. From "Therefore" downwards, it concludes the three meanings in summary. The ten-precept and full-precept [ordinations] each have their own requests; hence it says "two pairs."
