三遮中。據無衣鉢，應合同科；然非明文，容多異解；今師義判，故在後列。問：據定不發，何不名難？答：名可改稱，年容待滿。非同永障，不在難收。年不滿者，須論胎閏；頻大布薩，增不滿者。

Under 'three impediments': Based on the lack of robes and bowl, they should be grouped under the same rubric; however, as there is no explicit text, many differing interpretations may be accommodated. It is now judged through the Master's doctrinal analysis, and hence listed after. Question: Since the precepts definitely do not arise, why are they not called disqualifying impediments (nān)? Answer: A name can be corrected and stated, and years of age may await fulfillment. Since they are not like permanent obstacles, they are not subsumed under disqualifying impediments. As for non-fulfillment of age, one must calculate the womb-months and intercalary months; frequent long poṣadhas increase the shortfall.
