三中。不實，謂帶難，實即清淨。浪，虛也。下引《律》示。舉聖況凡，勉令實語。然遮亦通得，此據重者為言。

In the third: 'Untrue' means carrying difficulties; 'true' means purity. 'Lang' means vain. Below, it cites the Vinaya to demonstrate. It brings up sages to compare with ordinary people, urging him to speak truly. However, obstructions can also generally be overcome; this is spoken with respect to weighty ones.
