五中。前云十六遮，今合衣鉢父母五病，故為十也。兩問字誰，準《疏》並改云名；以此方道俗，名字別故。父母中，注隨有者，準須先問有無；答言有者，方問聽否。痟即瘦病。

In the fifth: Previously it spoke of sixteen obstructions; now, combining robes, bowl, parents, and the five diseases, they make ten. For the two questions 'who is your name', according to the Commentary both are changed to 'name', because in this land monastics and laypeople have different names. Regarding parents, the note 'according to whether they exist' means by rule one must first ask if they are alive; only if he answers that they are does one ask whether they give permission. 'Xiao' means a wasting disease.
