受淨中。初明受衣等者，此猶同古；《戒壇經》云：諸部並在問難前，今時在受戒後；無文所出，不足行用。又《疏》云：安有受後方事持衣，相越常模，故乖正教。若下，明教淨施。已未兩相，尋文可委。

Under receiving purity: first, clarifying the reception of robes and so forth follows the ancients. The Precept Platform Sūtra says: "All schools place this before the questioning on difficulties; nowadays it is placed after receiving the precepts; with no textual source, it is not fit to be practiced." Also, the Commentary says: "How could one only attend to holding the robes after reception? The marks overstep the standard model, hence violating the correct teaching." Below "ruo" (if), teaching pure donation is clarified. The two marks of already done and not yet done can be known by examining the text.
