初念中，前示念法。此下，顯意有二，上約憶戒。下據異俗。謂月分黑白，非俗法故。

Under the first recollection: first, the method of recollection is shown. Below "ci" (this), the meaning is revealed as having two parts: the upper relies on recollecting the precepts; the lower relies on differing from the secular, meaning that the dark and bright halves of the month are not worldly practices.
