尼捨中，引示。云無更受者，女流報弱，多無志操；佛初許度，尚是曲開；何況再受，理非容納。

In relinquishment by nuns, the text cites and indicates [the rule]. The statement that there is no receiving again means that female retribution is weak and mostly devoid of resolve and integrity; when the Buddha first permitted their ordination, it was already an accommodation by exception; how much less could receiving it again be accommodated in principle.
