二中，《四分》。因比丘不洗足飲水，便依止，迷悶倒地。佛因開之。

In the second, in the Dharmaguptaka-vinaya: because a bhikṣu took dependance without washing his feet and drinking water, he became dizzy, faint, and collapsed to the ground. The Buddha established an exception because of this.
