第三列名中。初出家者，即十戒師。和尚闍梨等者，謂與二師夏次同也，亦名同和尚同闍梨。依止必滿十夏，不在等中，所以除之。

In the third, listing the names: 'first leaving the household' refers to the master of the ten precepts. 'Upādhyāya, ācārya, and their equals' refers to those whose rains are equal to those of the two masters, also called 'equal to the upādhyāya' and 'equal to the ācārya.' The dependance master must have completed ten rains, so he is not among the equals; therefore he is excluded.
