指過中。以文開略法，自可依行；況法語難遵，人情易厭；故指其繁重，意使隨宜。禪齋者，謂坐禪時，及中食時也。

Under 'Pointing Out Faults': Because the text allows for abridged methods, one may naturally follow them; furthermore, Dharma-teachings are difficult to follow and human feelings are easily fatigued, so it points out their verbosity and heaviness, intending that one adapt according to circumstance. 'Meditation and midday meal' refers to the times of seated meditation and the midday meal.
