《僧祇》，初明暫奪。共行謂和尚親度者，七法相攝，故名共行。若據依止，亦共七法；從本彰目，以簡親疎。若與下，明永奪。以先要故。此並奪衣戒中不犯緣也。適，悅也。

In the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya, first, explaining temporary confiscation. "Fellow traveler" refers to one directly ordained by the upādhyāya; because they are bound together by the seven dharmas, he is called a fellow traveler. If based on the niśraya, they also share the seven dharmas; the designation is highlighted based on the origin, in order to distinguish closeness and distance. From "If given" downward, explaining permanent confiscation, because of the prior agreement. These are both conditions for non-offense in the precept against seizing robes. "Shi" means pleased.
