生起中，初嗟時示意；故下，指前標後。敦遇，有本作敦勵。先引勸勉，即前云凡情易滿等。

In the genesis, first there is a sigh over the times to indicate the intent; from 'therefore' below, it points to what precedes and marks what follows. 'Urging and encountering'—some texts have 'urging and encouraging'. First citing exhortation refers to the earlier 'ordinary sentiments easily tire', and so forth.
