不犯中，初開迷想。心不當境。若下，次開手觸。若漉下，明順教也。

Under non-offenses: first, it allows mistaken perception; the mind does not correspond to the objective sphere. From "If..." downward, it next allows hand contact. From "If strained..." downward, it clarifies complying with the teaching.
