不犯中。且列六段。初是順教。除下，次對男子，此開吉罪。三船濟處，四與客行，二並別緣，尼因聽故。五至尼寺者，由本緣起，尼來僧寺，故有此開；若取後制，應非開也。六因人請，此亦僧寺；律云：說戒日來請教授人，值說故聽是也。

Under non-offenses: six sections are listed for now. The first is complying with the teaching. From "Except..." downward, next is facing men; this excuses the duṣkṛta offense. Third, places of ferry crossing; fourth, traveling with guests; both are distinct conditions, where bhikṣuṇīs listen as an incidental cause. Fifth, arriving at the nunnery: due to the original origin where bhikṣuṇīs came to the monastery, this exception exists; if taking the later prohibition, it would not be an exception. Sixth, due to an invitation by someone: this is also at the monastery; the Vinaya says: "On the day of poṣadha, coming to invite the instructor, encountering the recitation and therefore listening", this is it.
