不犯中。除貿易者，律云：以衣易衣非衣，易針刀縷線，下至藥草等。下與三寶，所為別故。文略親里，注戒具之。

Under non-offenses: regarding excluding trade, the Vinaya says: "Exchanging a robe for a robe or a non-robe, exchanging for needles, knives, threads, down to medicinal herbs, etc." Giving to the Triratna below is because what is done is different. The text omits relatives, which is complete in the annotated precept.
