不犯有四。初是同侶，二即俗人，此二皆謂有第三人；三謂非意；四即遭難，文闕病緣。

Non-offenses are four. The first is a companion; the second is a layperson; both of these mean having a third person. The third means unintentional. The fourth means encountering disaster; the text lacks the condition of illness.
