顯意中。以學語者恥已貪嗜，濫謂大乘無時非時；故今還引《大論》以誡邪執；近世學大學小，噉食無時，不畏佛戒。銅漿鐵丸，焦爛喉腹，病徹心髓，誰當代之？悲夫！

In revealing the intention: Because those who learn superficial phrases are ashamed of their own greed and gluttony, they recklessly claim that the Mahāyāna has neither proper time nor improper time. Therefore, now the Mahāprajñāpāramitopadeśa is cited once again to admonish against wrong attachments. In recent times, those who study the Great [Vehicle] and study the Small [Vehicle] eat without regard to time, without fearing the Buddha's precepts. With molten copper and iron pellets scorching and rotting their throats and bellies, and sickness piercing to the marrow of their hearts, who will take their place? How lamentable!
