取食中。《十誦》無水處者，謂別求難得。水中有食，雖復宿膩，緣故開之；隨食浮沈，飲取清者。

In taking food: in the Daśādhyāya-vinaya, "a place without water" means it is difficult to find otherwise. If there is food in the water, even though it has overnight grease, it is permitted due to the circumstance; depending on whether the food floats or sinks, one drinks and takes the clear part.
