In the next section, the Mahīśāsaka-vinaya: having no pure person and yet having them store the rice is either because they are young or perhaps temporarily hired. The text only grants exceptions for the two duṣkṛtas of cooking for oneself and improper touch. In the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya, "upon a cow" also relies on there being no human present, granting an exception to receive from an animal; however, granting and receiving like this departs from decorum, so a verbal formula must be added. "Yin" 引 means to pull. In the Daśādhyāya-vinaya, flies settling or birds pecking does not count as losing reception, so one may eat it.
