2.1260

不犯中，初開色聲。謦欬，謂嗽聲也。若以下，開非意。則通六塵。若實下，點法塵。下開戲誤，可知。

Under 'No offense,' first exceptions are made for visible forms and sounds. Clearing the throat means the sound of coughing. From 'If below' onward, unintentional actions are exempted; this then extends to all six sensory objects. From 'If true' onward, it singles out mental objects.
