四十。多十兩文，正明制約。後引《五分》決上論文；雖不制點，而有別法。

Forty. The two texts of the *Sarvāstivāda Vinaya Vibhāṣā* and the *Daśādhyāya-vinaya* directly clarify the regulations. Afterwards, the *Mahīśāsaka-vinaya* is cited to resolve the above treatise text; although it does not require spotting, there is a separate procedure.
