犯緣。三法竟犯；此制和尚犯墮，餘師但吉。

Conditions of the offense: the offense is committed upon completion of the three karmavācanā procedures; under this prohibition, the upādhyāya commits a pāyattika, while the remaining masters commit only duṣkṛtas.
