初緣，疏云：此唯斷四諍事，不與欲者犯提，餘者吉羅。第五緣，律云：一足在戶內，方便欲去而不去，吉。

Regarding the first condition, the commentary states: "Only in resolving the four disputes does not granting consent incur a pāyattika; for the rest, it is a duṣkṛta." In the fifth condition, the Vinaya states: "With one foot inside the doorway, if one employs preparation intending to leave but does not leave, it is a duṣkṛta."
