2.1347

初緣，《多論》，除僧法，餘事和後悔吉羅。第三反悔者，作是言：汝作羯磨非法，羯磨不成；我以彼事故與欲，不以此事。

Regarding the first condition, the Sarvāstivāda Vinaya Vibhāṣā states: except for Saṅgha legal acts, if one regrets other harmonious matters afterward, it is a duṣkṛta. The third, "turning back and regretting," means speaking thus: "You performed an unlawful karma; the karma was not validly completed. I gave my consent for that matter, not for this matter."
